ROUND 2 RESULTS

Erin Strieck and her team of Kevin Lohmeyer, John Minyard, Mike Peters and Jeff Overson are in first place entering the final round of the 17th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am presented by Adidas. Dick Specht and his team were the round two winners at Southern Highlands Golf Club on Tuesday.
Following an eight-quota point performance in round one, Strieck’s team recorded 36.5 quota points in round two to take over first place in the overall competition. Strieck and her team climbed three spots, from fourth place, to take the lead. They currently hold a two and half point lead entering the final round.
Specht and his team of Scott Kramer, Rod Berger, Mike Fagerlind and Bob Hancock sit in second place after round two. Their 36.5-point performance trajected them from eighth place to second place heading into the final round. They were also the round two winners, and have a total of 27.5 quota points.
Bousman and his team of Wade Waston, Nick Kremer, Nathan Reed and Rob Tucker remained in third place after round two. They added nine quota points to their total in the second round, bringing them to 22.5 quota points for the tournament.
Monte Meyer and his team slipped from first place to fourth place after they registered just 2.5 quota points on day two. Meyer, Andrew Choplick, Greg Vandersee, Gabe Wyckoff and Jeff Krager have totaled 19.5 quota points in two days.
Curt Schnell and his team of Mike Lamb, Ron Coe, Jim Hauer and Gary Steigh cracked the top-5 in the overall competition with a 21-quota point performance. They now have 19 points for the tournament.
Brandon Megal, Nate Lubs, Strieck, Schnell and their teams rounded out the top-five for the round two only leaderboard. Each team received a purse to split after their day two performances.
The 17th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am will conclude at Dragon Ridge Country Club tomorrow. The final round will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. The Iowa PGA will provide coverage of 17th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am on iowapga.com
