Class F or inactive members
While this honor should be based on a professional’s entire record, emphasis should be placed on his/her performance and achievements over the past five years. Awarded to those who demonstrate day-to-day alternative methods of improving the employment conditions for the PGA professional. The following guidelines are used to determine nominees for this prestigious award:
Involvement and significant contributions through mentoring of fellow PGA professionals and providing a significant impact on their careers.
Possessing overall integrity and recognition as a person of outstanding character, thus furthering the values that are representative of the Association and the profession.
Level of service to his/her section or the Association.
Participation in Community and Association activities including involvement in civic or charitable activities within his/her community.
Contributions to building the image of the game of golf, the PGA professional and the Association.
Previous Section awards or community involvement activities.
