Chris Naegel from Wildwood, MO wins the 87th
Iowa Open on Sunday, August 2 at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside. Naegel recorded rounds of 63-65-69=197, 19-under-par. Naegel carded a bogey on hole 14 and birdies on holes 3, 6, 9,14, and 17 to secure the win. Click here
Runner-up Tim O’Neal from Savannah, GA made a run at Naegel with an 8-under-par round of 64 today. O’Neal finished with rounds of 71-66-64=201, 15-under-par.
Bill Breen, PGA of Nashville, TN won the Pro Senior Division with a final round of even-par 72. Breen recorded an eagle two on hole 17 with bogeys on holes 7, 10 and 14 as well as birdies on holes 11 and 15. Breen finished with rounds of 74-72-72=218, 2-over par. Click here
Open Amateur Division winner Andrew Huseman from Ankeny, IA with a final even-par round of 72. Huseman recorded a double bogey on hole 16 with birdies on holes 1, 4, 7, 14 and 15 as well as bogeys on holes 6, 8 and 11. His final score was 71-71-72=214, 2-under-par. Click here
Open Senior Amateur Division winner Robert Jacobs from Valparaiso, IN with a final even-par round of 72. Jacobs recorded bogeys on holes 2, 6 and 8 with birdies on holes 3, 12, and 17. His final score was 70-77-72=219, 3-over-par to finish with the win. Click here
