2022 Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am Round 1 Results
Las Vegas – Iowa PGA Member Curt Schnell and his team Ron Coe, Jim Hauer, Mike Lamb and Gary Steigh sit atop the leaderboard following round one of the 20th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am presented by Adidas and Cobra-Puma. Round one was held at Rio Secco Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada.
Schnell, of Okoboji View Golf Course, and his team accumulated 34 quota points in round one and currently have a two-point lead over the second-place team. Round one-point quotas were determined by averaging the point totals an amateur has scored for the most recent six rounds within the past five years.
Nate Lubs of Gates Park Golf Course and his team made up of JP Gordon, Ryan Sparks, Andrew Thomas and Steve Plummer sit at second place with 32 quota points in round one.
David Lawrence of Davenport Country Club and his team of Kyle Loussaert, Andrew Scriven, Austin Ziegler and Paul Tompkins sit in third place with 27 quota points.
The 20th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am moves to Southern Highlands Golf Club tomorrow for round two. The second round is a shotgun start. The Iowa PGA will provide coverage of 20th Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am on iowapga.com and on its social media platforms all week.
