2021 PGA Winter Championship – Senior Stroke Play Round 1

Riverside, IA – Three of our Iowa PGA Professional Dave Ranney of Lamoni Golf & Country Club, Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Golf Course and Judd Gibb of Lakeside Municipal Golf Course are competing in the Senior Stroke Play ages 50-59 at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Proehl’s first round he carded a bogey on hole 8 including a double bogey on hole 14; birdies on holes 1, 3, 7, 13 and 16. Proehl’s first round total 34-36=70, tied for 4th place in Group 1 and overall. His tee time for Monday, January 11 on the Ryder Course at 7:49 AM.

Gibb’s first round he carded a double bogey on hole 17 including a birdie on hole 2; bogeys on holes 1, 4, 5 and 13. Gibb’s first round total 38-39=77, tied for 34th place in Group 1 and tied for 61st place overall. His tee time for Monday, January 11 on the Ryder Course at 8:51 AM.

Ranney’s first round he carded a birdie on hole 1 including a double bogey on hole 12 with bogeys on holes 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 17 and 18. Ranney’s first round total 38-42=80, tied for 42nd place in Group 2 and placed 89th place overall. His tee time for Monday, January 11 on the Ryder Course at 12:46 PM.
