Format: Teams comprised of one professional and three amateurs. 18-Hole Individual Low Pro and Team 2 Best Balls of 4, 1 Net and 1 Gross. Amateurs receive 90% of handicap. All amateur partners must have at least 2 rounds posted in 2008 on GHIN, Iowa PGA Golf Network, or CDGA by April 29, 2008, NO EXCEPTIONS! Scores must be transmitted by the date listed above. Amateurs that do not meet handicap requirements may play at a scratch handicap.
Player of the Year Status: Minor Point Event
Professional Eligibility: Professionals must be in an active classification and in good standing with the PGA of America.
Deadline: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 12:00 P.M.
Starting Time: Shotguns at 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

Pairings will be posted at http://www.iowapga.com.

Important Note: Extra charges are now included in entry fees. Extra charges for this event are $35 and includes cont. breakfast (a.m.), lunch, and appetizers (p.m.).

Entry Fee:

Open Division: $420 (4 Extra Charges at $35, 4 Entries at $70)
Senior Division: $420 (4 Extra Charges at $35, 4 Entries at $70)
Both Divisions: $490 (4 Extra Charges at $35, 5 Entries at $70)

Skins Game: An optional skins and senior skins game will be conducted and the entry fee will be collected onsite.
