Format: Iowa Section PGA Professionals will form 2-person teams (players pick their own teams). Teams will compete in 9-hole match play league format against the field which will be administered on the side through the Iowa PGA Golf Network online system- www.iowagolfleague.com. Golfers will be assigned a handicap following the first 9-hole designated round that they compete in. The designated events are listed below for 2008. Each event will consist of two 9-hole matches except for the 36-Hole Classic which will consist of four 9-hole matches. If your team member is unable to compete in an event, a substitute may be picked among PGA members and apprentices in good standing. 36-Hole Classic – May 19 Player of the Year Status: Non Point Event Usernames and passwords for the online system will be distributed following the deadline.
