2010 Drive, Chip & Putt Competition
We look forward to another great year of driving, chipping and putting! Junior golfers 17 years of age and younger will again have the opportunity to participate in local qualifiers across the Iowa Section PGA. Local qualifier champions will then advance to one of four regional qualifying sites. Regional qualifiers will be held at Pleasant Valley GC in Iowa City, Glynns Creek GC in Long Grove, Pheasant Ridge GC in Cedar Falls, and Jester Park in Granger. The top two regional qualifiers in each division will advance to the finals. Final site will return to Twin Pines Golf Course in Cedar Rapids for 2010 on August 7. The overall winner in each division will be crowned Champion and invited by the Iowa Section PGA to a Iowa State Basketball game later this year or winter 2011 where they will be recognized on the court sometime during the game for their accomplishments.

This challenge is 3 tiered, testing the juniors driving, chipping and putting skills. A great FREE or low cost event for any junior golfer. Stay tuned to this web site for the schedule or join the Iowa PGA Junior Tour and be updated throughout the year!
