2. You must call at least 24 hours in advance for tee times/hours of operation, unless stated differently under each individual listed offer
3. Identify yourself as an Iowa PGA Golf Card Member.
 4. Valid for 2008 Season Only
5. The Golf Card is nontransferable and facilities may require identification. Any non-Golf Card player is subject to the guest policy of the golf facility.
6. Golf Card Members shall abide by all rules of the golf facility and dress code.
7. Any golf round(s) played by the Golf Card Member affected by inclement weather shall abide by the policies of the golf facility.
8. Some offers not valid for tournament play, league play, special outings or corporate outings.

* Private Golf Facility Requirements*
  • Requirements for dress for all persons on the golf course consist of clothing that is acceptable and proper at a private club.
  • Shirts worn by men must have sleeves and a collar. Golfers must wear shoes designed or suitable for golf at all times on the golf course and practice areas.
  • Specifically, unacceptable attire would be:
    Denim jeans, denim shorts, slacks that are frayed or ragged, cut-offs, hot pants, short-shorts, overalls, muscle shirts, athletic warm-up pants or tops, halter tops, tube-tops, or other abbreviated dress. Golf Shoes with metal spikes are prohibited on the golf course or practice areas.
  • Golf Card Players must abide by all guest policies of the facility. Golf course availability is conditional based on club events, tournaments, or other special programs.
  • Golf Card players are allowed access only to the Golf Shop, Golf Course, and golf course concession areas.
  • A maximum of four (4) golfers in one group.
  • Weekday play limits three (3) Golf Card groups each day. Weekend Play limits one (1) Golf Card group each day. Any day subject to golf course availability.
  • Private golf facility offers are valid for two (2) time periods:
    1-opening day in the spring to April 30th
    2-October 1st until golf course closing
  • Golf Card groups may play a maximum of 2 times per season per facility.
