Iowa PGA Staff Update

Apr 23, 2019

Riverside, Iowa – With pride and sorrow the Iowa PGA would like to announce that Kevin Quinn will be leaving the Iowa PGA for a position with the Illinois PGA Section. Kevin’s last day with the Iowa PGA will be Monday, April 29.

Kevin has served as the Communications Coordinator for the Iowa PGA for the last 18 months. In that time, he has provided great coverage of our Iowa PGA Professionals as well as our Junior Tour Members. Kevin published a variety of different content on the Iowa PGA social media pages and websites, and also created the all new Iowa PGA Golf digital-magazine.

Originally from Elk Grove Village, Illinois and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Kevin will return home as the Membership and Communications Manager for the Illinois PGA.

“I want to thank Greg Mason, Tess Goudy and the entire Iowa PGA Staff for everything during my time with the Iowa PGA,” said Kevin. “I would also like to thank all the Professionals that I have gotten to know this past year. Working for the Iowa PGA has been a fantastic experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Although moving home was a career aspiration for me, I did not think it would happen this fast. It has been such an honor working here and I owe a lot of credit to everyone associated with the Iowa PGA for preparing me for this opportunity.”

“We wish Kevin great luck as he returns to Chicago,” says Iowa PGA Executive Director Greg Mason, “We want to thank him for elevating the Iowa PGA’s communication platforms during his time with us.  The Illinois PGA is getting a passionate worker and golf fan.  We know he will continue to do great things in the great game of golf.”
