Proehl, Anderson Miss 36-hole Cut at Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship

Port St. Lucie, Florida – Chad Proehl and his partner JC Anderson have missed the 36-hole cut at the Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship. The duo combined for six points in round two for a total of 11, missing the cut by six points.

Following a five-point (three birdies and one bogey) round one, Proehl and Anderson took on the Dye Course in the second round. They got off to a quick two-point start with a birdie at the par-4 first hole and added two more points on the par-3 third hole. They finished the front nine with six straight pars giving them nine total points for the tournament.

Proehl and Anderson’s par streak continued on the back-nine with pars on Nos. 10 and 11. They picked up their third birdie of the round on the par-4 12th hole and finished the back-nine with six straight pars, bringing their two-day tournament total to 11 points.

The 54-hole Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship was trimmed to 42 teams Monday, and will conclude Tuesday on the Dye Course.
