Iowa PGA COVID19 Update
Riverside, IA – In an effort to get our golf facilities the latest information, we will be posting on our IowaPGA.com webpage. This includes links to the answers to questions that you may have at your facility. We are only presenting facts and will let each facility make their own determinations.
Iowa PGA Section Members and Associates, you will be receiving an email at 5 pm each night on information and updates that we receive from our trusted sources.
Please understand that this situation is ever-changing and that we are still gathering information ourselves. Therefore, you should make your own decisions regarding how you operate based on the recommendations and restrictions from the national, state and local experts.
We are working closely with our Allied Associations – Iowa Golf Course Superintendents, Iowa Golf Association and the Club Managers Association to deliver the most trusted information to the golfing community. We are NOT the experts but are simply trying to share what we know at this time.
In short, collectively we are going to be stronger. One thing we know is that the Iowa PGA Section is full of the best and brightest, and amongst that group there are a number of great ideas. We just want to facilitate the sharing of those ideas so we can all be better for it.
